Let it flow.
It has been a good month. Our words have been flowing out. Some have been lubricating the way for oil and gas “supermajor” BP, in multilingual publications headed for its Northern territories. It is no coincidence that more words, millions of technical engineering and manufacturing words relating to the oil, gas and petroleum industries have gone out too. Being distributed like the products they are describing and accompany them throughout the world. Our clients’ ingenious and precisely engineered products go out, and we supply the words to go with them; to describe them, to work them, to be safe with them. We love our hard core industrial clients, they are as obsessive about their products as we are about our translations. Together we are like a well-oiled machine;)
It is not all about the oil. Brightlines has translated many more words this January, hundreds of thousands of them, into many, many languages and packaged them off (at 96% the speed of light), to the likes of Canadian giant RIM, a multinational telecommunications company that needs little introduction. And to Hilton Worldwide to delight holidaying customers; to Google to excite their users; to CareFusion and GSK to reliably inform medics; to design agencies large and small - for clients from SME to corporate, and there are plenty more in the pipeline!
Wishing you all a Bright New Year!
Back to business...
Merry Christmas.
Brightlines remains open for business should you need us urgently, but we draw the line on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Our clients trust us.
We recently carried out a client feedback survey and made a commendable discovery. The main reason our clients use us is: because they trust us.
Our clients trust us. Our clients have complete confidence and firm reliance on the integrity of our service. This makes us very happy indeed and could explain why we have such superb client retention records - some have been with us for more than ten years. Now that is remarkable.
Trust is earned. Earned through experience. At Brightlines we strive to deliver a service that keeps our clients satisfied no matter what. Quite often rather large obstacles have to be overcome: Brightlines was delivering Japanese translations to clients during the tragic and terrifying Great East Japan Earthquake and translations are constantly being delivered during the current Arab Spring, despite the fact that telecommunications can suddenly be shut down. And yes, we do get translators who say they are not able to deliver because their town has just been ‘hit’. We take that on, and still deliver. No excuses. Extraordinary circumstances are taken in our stride. However, our ethos to supply a superior service is at our core and it is applied every day, to every project large or small. Our project management capabilities set us apart from other translation agencies and that is something we are very proud of.
We are entrusted with our clients’ words, there is an awful lot riding on those words, ultimately our clients’ reputation. That is not something we at Brightlines take lightly. Our clients know that. Our clients trust us with that.
That is service, exceptional service.
Brightlines Translation: Reliable. Flexible. Trustworthy. And pleased as punch.
October news...
Hundreds of thousands of our precisely translated words have gone out this month, to do their bit, to smooth the way, to reach our clients’ customers all around the world.
Multilingual marketing and technical publications for imaging and digital solution products have gone to more than 10 countries. Technical specifications for precision engineering and manufacturing firms have been swiftly despatched to specific global markets. Medical and healthcare information has been translated for healthcare professionals and the general public. High-tech translations have gone out for computer software and hardware companies. Brightlines has worked with all kinds of organisations from manufacturers and publishing companies to advertising agencies and parliamentary bodies; it’s all in a month’s work.
However, special congratulations to our dedicated team for securing a hugely significant project to translate internationally recognised global accreditation schemes backed by the Cabinet Office. A very worthy stamp of approval. Well-done Brightlines.
Thank you
